Our beautiful studio offers a variety of intimate somatic practices in small group classes and guided workshops. Each practice and workshop has been created to support you in gaining knowledge and understanding of your own body and mind.
Dynamic Movement, Strength + Breath
Move dynamically while connecting to the breath through a guided practice.
I teach an energetic somatic class offering different modalities, incorporating Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, Qigong, Mindfulness and Meditation.
This class is uniquely designed to strengthen the body and mind, shift stuck energy and leave you feeling energised, calm, relaxed and lighter. The studio is warm but NOT hot.
We’ll end with breathwork and meditation, connecting body, mind and spirit.
Inward
The practice of letting go.
Going inward, by focusing on our breath, this class intends to open our mind, our hearts, our chakras, our auras and help us understand ourselves in a new way. The aim is to leave as a lighter, kinder, happier version of you.
I regularly use oracle cards and crystals as part of our practice. You may be invited to share your experiences in this class, however, there is never any pressure. I love sharing — sometimes that is enough for all of us.
Guided Workshops
While many choose to engage with a private therapist, we offer our version of group therapy at Yellow Lotus. Neither is better than the other — it's personal preference.
Together we will explore the subjects in question and go on a journey of self-exploration. This is an educational interactive session. You will leave with access to new skills which have the transformative power to change your life — if you want them to. All of our workshops at Yellow Lotus incorporate breathwork.
