The Yellow Lotus Wake Up retreat is intended to support your journey inward, to help you gain clarity and understand what may be holding you back from accessing your higher self—the best version of you.

Alongside the learning, we intend to have some fun. No restrictions on food, snacks or wine—as you wish. There is nothing compulsory, you can take a class off, a day off, do your own thing. You can attend as you please. I will always encourage you to participate but never insist. You are free.

I hope to guide and support a group of like-minded women who want to wake up to the best version of who they are. You can come alone, with a friend, a relative—everyone is welcome.
